Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom-made products, personalized items, and personal care products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
